Yes. Therapy clients receive a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation. For medication management, the first paid session is used to evaluate fit and begin your care.
We make every effort to respond to inquiries by phone or email within one to two business days. Please use email for scheduling only, not for clinical or urgent matters.
Yes, we are in-network with many major insurances. Dr. Kenia and Dr. Chheda accept Aetna and UMR (Mt. Sinai). Abigail Bruno accepts Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford, United, Oscar, and Cigna. Rebecca Tong accepts Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna. For any plan we are out of network with, we provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement.
Either doctor can see you as an out-of-network provider. We will provide you with a superbill so you can be reimbursed directly for their fees.
Self-pay and out-of-network fees: Dr. Chheda: $660 initial (55 min), $330 follow-up. Dr. Kenia: $700 initial, $350 medication follow-up, $450 therapy. Abigail Bruno, PMHNP-BC: $400 initial, $200 follow-up. Rebecca Tong, PMHNP-BC: $400 initial, $200 follow-up.
Payment is due at the start of each session. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Zelle.
Yes. We offer secure video sessions to patients across New York State. In-person visits are available at our Flatiron office in Manhattan.
Medication follow-ups occur every 1-2 months (sometimes bi-weekly at first). Therapy sessions are typically weekly or twice weekly. Medication follow-ups run about 30 minutes; therapy sessions about 45.
Cancelled sessions require at least 48 hours' notice by phone or email. Cancellations after that time incur the full session fee.
